Mark Herpel over at DigitalMoneyWorld has part 1 of an interview about the CyberspaceATM or Csatm as I call it HERE. I am going to try to link to this article via commenting on DMW wish me luck that I don't screw it up. Now for another TD TIP If you haven't added DigitalMoneyWorld to your reading list do so now. Mark covers a variety of subjects and is very well informed. Take it from me DMW is well worth reading and always interesting
As I posted earlier I have used Csatm already with a program I joined and find it a fairly simple procedure. I know the core is based on the Loom technology and so on which yes I have read up on Loom but will admit a lot of the reading was beyond me. Does this bother me? NO not at all as after all I am an "end user" so I don't need to understand the "how it works" (tech) side really. So follow my tip and keep it simple if you are going to try the CSATM.
Create a location write it down somewhere offline. This is very important as you cannot retrieve a location if you do forget it. I use 5 or 6 words (Example) pebbles cornflakes kites eat spiders it will show as created with a full stop on end but ignore and write it exactly how you created it.
Next go through an exchanger listed and get yourself some Csatm value tell them you want it dropped of at pebbles cornflakes kites eat spiders . The exchangers I have used so far send me an email when my order is filled Ok so now your set order is filled, you can search (view) your location if you want. You will WANT of course I did Curiosity in nothing more. At this point you are free to do what you want with what's in your location
Nothing to do and really want to test it out further? That's cool just send your stash over to one of my locations, none of mine have cornflakes in them by the way. (joking) Seriously you can create another location and have a go at sending back and forth Remember fees are charged to the recipient of the spend. You can have 10 free locations at this point in time. It is a secure practise to always have a location that is not shared with anyone which you can use for squirrelling away your goodies Yes there will be fees oving it out but isn't it better to be safe.
Thats about it except for when the time comes when you may want to convert your csatm value into say Aussie Dollars. . In my case to shop at the local Aussie Flea market, pay my winter power bill, buy a new garden shed or whatever. You will need to use an exchanger to do this or the obvious other solution ..... Sure you can work that one out.
